Boy Mum
This is the honest, tender side of first-time motherhood: the recovery, the little wins, the messy 3am moments, the products that genuinely helped, and the small things that helped me feel more like myself again. No filters, no pretending, just real life, softly told.

The real moments are the ones that make us feel less alone.
Welcome, mumma
Pregnancy, birth and those raw first weeks postpartum change you in ways no one can fully prepare you for. The love is huge, but so are the emotions, the exhaustion, the identity shift and the moments where you barely recognise yourself.
This space is for the honest version of it all. The tender bits, the hard days, the small wins and the things we are often too afraid to say out loud.
I'm sharing my journey as I live it in the hope that other mums feel seen, supported and a little less alone in theirs.

I will always be honest with you, because I think we need more of that. For as long as I can remember, I was terrified of giving birth. Not nervous, genuinely terrified. My birth plan changed, I ended up in the theatre I had spent months dreading, and I walked away from it feeling more powerful than I ever have in my life. This is the whole story, the fear, the surrender and the love.
Come say hey
